Currently under development in Riyadh, this new headquarters tower for a major banking institution explores a refined architectural language defined by light, proportion, and restraint.

The design balances clarity and softness with a distinctly masculine sensibility, gradually deepening in tone and material richness throughout the tower’s vertical progression.

The upper executive levels form the core focus of the project, housing a series of private offices, reception lounges, a dedicated library, conference facilities, and curated amenity spaces.

At the center of the scheme is the signature conference suite, organized around a dramatic four-story atrium rising nearly twenty meters in height. Flooded with natural light, the space evokes a sense of calm monumentality — on that feels both grounded and ethereal.
